Items will be posted each working day if your payment clears or received by 2pm the same day.( sometimes instantly) Please do not pay if: Your address is incorrect or If you feel you may have purchased an incorrect sized item. Addresses can be changed in checkout when you are paying. Please be sure to do this if need be. Our logistics are sometimes almost instant. If payment has been made it is very possible that we will not have the opportunity to change orders before the item has already been sent.

FREE DELIVERY SERVICE

Our free postage service should be 1-3 days for major city's and 3 to 6 business days for country areas. There is no signature required for this service. This service has tracking. If you require a signature please select REGISTERED/ SIGNATURE in checkout. If you have not received your package within 6 working days please contact us for the tracking information.

REGISTERED / SIGNATURE

This service is a signature upon delivery service; your item will be attempted delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery the item will be sent to your local post office for collection. This service has tracking. This service is available in checkout for an additional $10.00.

EXPRESS / COURIER

Express is available on any item for an additional $10. This service is next day delivery if within the express next day delivery area but will vary if outside this area and can take quite a few days for rural addresses in Western Australia or the Northern Territory. This service has tracking. There is no signature required for this service. This service is available in checkout for an additional $10.00.

 

TERMS OF SALE


1. Sorry pickups are not possible. Item will sent when funds have been received in full & cleared.

2. Allow up to 6 business days for delivery. Contact us should you not receive it within 6 business days of payment confirmation.

3.  Whilst all care is taken, we will not be directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to goods after the item has been deemed as delivered. If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues.

4. While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional. Items colour or pattern may vary.

5. Warranty period 30 days only for manufacturer faults on all items.

6.  Any item "returned to sender" due to incorrect / insufficient address, refused or unclaimed will incur a return fee of $25. plus a re delivery fee of $10 to re send the item.
