AUSTRALIA POST 'SAFE DROP' LIABILITY
Our parcels are lodged as Signature Required and will be taken to a post office if no one is home. However, a customer may choose a MyPost Safe Drop after receiving their tracking notification, in which case the parcel is left without signature at the customer's own risk, in accordance with Australia Post SafeDrop terms and conditions. BOARDERS is not liable for loss or damage incurred from a SafeDrop delivery.
USED/VINTAGE CLOTHING RETURN POLICY
Due to the unique nature of used and vintage clothing, we regret to inform our customers that these items are not eligible for return. Our inventory of used/vintage clothing is carefully curated, and each piece has its own distinctive characteristics that may include signs of wear, ageing, or other imperfections. We encourage customers to thoroughly review product descriptions, including details about any wear or flaws, before making a purchase. Due to electronic theft, BOARDERS reserves the right to cancel any order which appears to be fraudulent. BOARDERS reserves the right to decide what is characterised as fraudulent and may not disclose every reason if requested.
